Things Cloudサービスの基盤メンテナンスにつきまして、ご連絡させていただきます。
■開始日時： 2026年06月18日 16時00分 (JST)
■終了日時： 2026年06月19日 00時00分 (JST)
■対象サービス：Things Cloud
■サービス影響範囲：
工事時間帯のうち一部時間帯において、以下の影響がございます。
影響範囲
・マイクロサービス再起動に伴うスマートルール/カスタムストリーミング処理機能の1分～数分以内の停止
影響の可能性がある時間帯：
・06月18日 20:00 から 06月19日 00:00 まで
■工事内容：
機能拡充の為のメンテナンス
■その他：
カスタムストリーミング処理機能の一時的な停止を伴い、ご利用のお客さまにご迷惑をお掛けし大変申し訳ございません。
本メンテナンスによりThings Cloud Release 2026へバージョンアップされます。
上記の一時的な影響を除き、工事中はThings Cloudを通常通りご利用頂くことが可能です。
Release 2026へのバージョンアップに伴い、上記期間中においては一時的にバージョン（現行バージョンを含めた）の混在が発生いたします。
リリース作業には最新の注意を払って実施いたします。何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
■バージョンアップに伴う変更について:
Things Cloud開発者サイトに公開している最新のリリースノートをご参照ください。
リリースノートには、現在提供中のRelease 2025からRelease 2026にかけて実装された新機能、改善、修正などのすべての関連する変更が記載されています。さらに、リリースノートには、ユーザパスワードについての仕様変更や、Things CloudメールにおけるDMARC(送信ドメイン認証)の導入に関する通知も含まれており、お客さまのご対応が必要になる可能性のある変更が含まれています。
十分に内容をご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Thank you for using NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS Things Cloud Service.
We will be performing maintenance to the Things Cloud Services as below.
- Maintenance Time
Start date : 2026/06/18 16:00 (JST)
End date : 2026/06/19 00:00 (JST)
- Service Impact
During certain periods within the maintenance window, the following impacts will occur:
Potentially impacted period:
・06/18 20:00 to 06/19 00:00 (JST)
Scope of impact:
・Temporary service interruption of the smart rules and the custom streaming analytics function due to the restart of microservices (up to a few minutes).
- Purpose
Maintenance for functional expansion.
- Note
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers due to the temporary suspension of the custom streaming processing functions.
Through this maintenance, Things Cloud will be upgraded to Release 2026.
Except for the temporary impacts mentioned above, Things Cloud can be used normally during the maintenance.
Due to the upgrade to Release 2026, there will be a temporary coexistence of different versions (including the current version) during the above period.
We will carry out the release work with the utmost care. We kindly ask for your understanding.
- Changes Accompanying the Version Upgrade:
Please refer to the latest release notes published on the Things Cloud developer site.
The release notes detail all relevant changes, including new features, improvements, and fixes implemented from the currently provided Release 2025 to Release 2026. Furthermore, the release notes include notifications regarding changes to specification of user passwords and the introduction of DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication) for Things Cloud emails, which may require action on your part.
We kindly ask that you thoroughly review the contents.
